  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. ORDER ACCURACY AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
  • Dropshipping Disclosure: You acknowledge that certain products are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to CJ Dropshipping.
  • Shipping Times: Because items may ship from multiple global locations or third-party warehouses, shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their delivery country.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website contains a mix of third-party supplier assets and proprietary branding.
  • Our Property: All content, logos, graphics, text, and upcoming own-brand product designs are the intellectual property of LiteCave.com.
  • Third-Party Property: Product images and descriptions provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material from this site without express written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & OUTDOOR RISK
LiteCave.com and our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
  • Assumption of Risk: Outdoor activities carry inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. Users and customers assume all risk associated with the use, misuse, or performance of any outdoor gear purchased through LiteCave.com.
  • Damages Cap: This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, or injury resulting from product use.
