PART 1: SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Processing and Shipping Times
Because we source high-quality outdoor gear from various fulfillment hubs and global partners (including CJ Dropshipping), shipping times vary depending on the product’s origin and your delivery location:
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 10 business days once the item has left the warehouse.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple pieces of gear, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are fulfilled from different specialized warehouses.
2. Shipping Rates and Tracking
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LiteCave.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

PART 2: RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your tracking information shows the package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Important Return Shipping Instructions
  • Do Not Ship Back to the Registered Office Address: Please do not send your purchase back to our Wyoming corporate virtual office or back to the manufacturer unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
  • Fulfillment Hub Returns: Because our gear is dispatched from multiple fulfillment centers, we will provide you with a specific, designated return warehouse address when your return is authorized.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or a short video showing the damage so we can fast-track a replacement or full refund for you.
