Because we source high-quality outdoor gear from various fulfillment hubs and global partners (including CJ Dropshipping), shipping times vary depending on the product’s origin and your delivery location:
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 10 business days once the item has left the warehouse.
- Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple pieces of gear, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are fulfilled from different specialized warehouses.
2. Shipping Rates and Tracking
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LiteCave.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
